Whether you are new to meditation or have been practising for some time, the LiBa light is a powerful tool designed for you to take your meditation to new unexplored levels. Use it for a one-off experience or regularly as a tool to reset and find your balance. We will guide you through an immersive and deep dive journey into the qualia of your consciousness, through lightwave technology. Your 70-minute session contains: -5min introduction and consultation -10min of guided meditation -40min LiBa light bath experience -15min of self-reflection and aftercare Throughout the whole session, the LiBa-guide will be with you and provide the best possible set and setting for an immersive experience. This journey is combined with an intuitively guided sound bath played on 432hz quartz crystal singing bowls. The application of sound can deepen the experiences when journeying with the LiBa slim, and the pure tones for the bowls help to harmonise the imbalances within our body and energy system through a process known as entrainment. Entrainment is the natural phenomenon in which energetic systems will be attracted to and begin to vibrate in resonance with the strongest vibrational energy in their vicinity. The powerful frequencies resonating from the singing bowls move through and pass through the chakras, aura, and physical body, helping to align and balance the body's own inner sound. This encourages the body to return to perfect resonance and helps facilitate healing.
