Hi my name is Joel
For the past twenty years, I have been on a journey of self-exploration. Through creativity, meditation, and curiosity, I have learned to connect with my inner world. Six years ago, my interest in psychedelics led me to brainwave entrainment and the power of light frequencies.
I founded Lightbath just before the pandemic to bring this technology safely into people’s homes. But my true passion is working directly with people and sharing what I have learned.
I am not a healer or a doctor. What I offer is a space for you to be yourself, explore your inner world, and grow from where you are now.
I have worked with hundreds of people from many backgrounds and ages. Everyone finds something meaningful in the experience.
I am here to guide you, not to fix you. Together we explore what lies just beneath the surface and beyond.

Emotional Healing & Release
Throughout life we gather habits and experiences that leave marks on our emotions. We may get stuck in repeating patterns or relationships that no longer serve us feeling disconnected from our true selves.
In our sessions you can simply be without judgment. From this space clarity can arise because the answers you seek are already within you they just need room to surface.
Together we will gently explore where you are now and set intentions to support the path you want to take. The light experience expands your perspective and supports brain plasticity helping emotional healing and lasting change.
You do not need to fix anything. Just arrive as you are and the light will meet you there.


ADHD & Neurodivergence Support
In a world of labels we often forget we are simply ourselves. Being neurodivergent can create challenges in a society that struggles to truly accept difference.
ADHD and similar traits are not illnesses but unique strengths often misunderstood. Medication and talk therapy can help only so much because they focus on symptoms, not tools.
In sessions, we create a calm space where your nervous system can rest. Using gentle sounds, scents, and light frequencies I guide your busy mind into ease and flow. The shift comes from within you.
Over time you learn to move from overwhelm to flow without relying on chemicals. This is about supporting your natural strengths with gentle tools.
Self-Improvement & Inner Growth
We create our own path by training our bodies and sharpening our minds. Success depends on how focused and prepared we are for challenges ahead.
Mental performance can be trained like physical fitness. Focus, clarity, and memory are skills you can develop.
Using visual brainwave entrainment I guide your brain into a state like deep sleep and learning. This helps your mind absorb and process information more easily, improving reaction time and clarity.
If you struggle with focus or mental fog this method can help. It’s not cheating but aligning your mind with the right frequency to perform at its best.

Psychedelic Exploration & Integration
Psychedelic substances alter brain activity, opening access to the subconscious with vivid emotions and visuals. Similar states can also be reached through breathwork, sound, meditation, and especially light.
Lightbath uses tuned light frequencies to guide you into deep altered states with colorful and emotional inner journeys.
Sessions offer a safe, legal way to explore expanded awareness. Light combined with sound, vibration, and scent creates a rich space for inner exploration.
You stay in control and can go as far as you wish. No fasting or recovery needed. You return clear and present with insights easier to integrate.
This is ideal for those seeking a powerful psychedelic experience without substances.
What to expect
This is a gentle and personal journey in a calm, welcoming space. You can lie down or sit in a comfy chair—whichever feels best for you.
You will be supported throughout the session with words, sounds, or quiet—whatever feels right. I use light frequencies, soothing sounds, natural scents, and vibrations to help you in your process.
There is no fixed program. After a relaxed chat about your goals, I create a session just for you. Most sessions last about 60 minutes, but we can adjust to your needs.
These in-person sessions focus entirely on you, giving you a safe and caring space to relax, explore, or grow.
Therapy spaces
Creating a space where you feel safe, welcomed, and held is deeply important to me. Inner work is most powerful when the environment supports and reflects your intentions. That’s why I’m very intentional about the spaces I use for Lightbath sessions. A clean, quiet setting is key to offering the most immersive and effective experience.
There are two setups I currently love to share. The first is at OneWellness in Coventry, inside a serene Himalayan salt room. It’s a cosy and grounded space. The salt bricks gently absorb negative ions, allowing your energy to expand and settle in a naturally calming atmosphere.
The second is my private studio, which features a vibroacoustic therapy bed that can be gently warmed to body temperature. It’s a modern, peaceful environment designed for one-on-one sessions in an intimate and deeply personal setting.
Both spaces are chosen with care to support deep relaxation and inner connection during your Lightbath journey.
